How quickly will I get my designs back?
Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Keep in mind that our designers only work on one graphic at a time, so if you send us something more complex than expected, that request may take longer.

How many revisions can I request?
That’s up to you; you can submit as many revision requests as you’d like, and each will count as a new design request. We’ll keep iterating on the design until you’re happy.

Who owns the work?
You own all the final designs we produce for you, including the source files. Everything is accessible in your project area for easy download.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Nope! All of our plans are month-to-month. You’re free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason.

What kinds of design can you do?
We’re a great fit for a lot of different design tasks, such as print ads, social media advertisements and banner ads, infographics, book covers, and t-shirt designs. That said, we are not a good fit for motion graphics, animations, 3D rendering, or UI/UX design.

Can I get a discount by paying for a longer term?
Yep! Sign up for one of our normal plans to make sure it’s a good fit, and then reach out to our team if you’d like to prepay for an annual term.
